The Canon TS3300 paper tray can also be configured to hold up to 20 sheets of 4 "x 6" or 10 sheets x 5 "x 7, which is almost identical to some other models. However, Pixma does not support photo paper that is larger than 5 "by 7". You can't print an 8x10 inch frameless photo, let alone a larger one.
Another limitation of the TS3300 is the lack of support for automatic two-sided printing and the limitation to only 20 copies per job. Also, some high-end models of the Pixma TS print from different sized SD cards, which is the storage device of choice for most digital cameras, while the TS3300 does not.
The benefit of this limited feature set is that you get a smaller, lighter motor. Weighing 5.8 x 17.2 x 12.5 inches (HWD) and weighing 8.5 pounds, the TS3300 takes up less space and is easier to transport. Its size is similar to its predecessor and almost as big as the Pixma TS5320, which is heavier and more compact than the DeskJet 3755, which is equipped with a paper feed scanner instead of a flatbed scanner.
The TS3300 isn't the slowest printer available, but it's close. The price for this Canon AIO printer is 7.7 pages per minute. Only the HP 3755 has a lower rate of 5.5 pages per minute. When printing a 12-page Microsoft Word text document in black and white, Pixma creates 6.3 pages per minute, which is 2 pages per minute faster than the DeskJet and 1.5 pages per minute faster than the older TS3120. However, the TS3300 is about 7.5 ppm behind the Epson XP-5100.
